Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a great view, but the rooms were a bit small and outdated. They were clean but noisy at times due to being on a busy street. The service was excellent, especially accommodating early check-ins. The location couldn't be more convenient for sightseeing in the heart of Munich. The dining experience offered a variety of choices with fresh options. Overall, a good value for the price.
The hotel room was lovely although a bit small and could use some repainting. It was smaller than I expected, and the singles were cozy. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially the Front desk lady and at the restaurant. The location was superb, right in the middle of the old town, next to the market, Marienplatz and Kaufinger street. The dining experience was very nice with linen tablecloths, and the facilities were well maintained with available dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a couple of blocks away from the famous Hofbraeuhaus. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were incredibly comfortable and well-planned, with new furniture and a beautiful modern bathroom. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist me. The dining experience was delightful, providing more than I expected for this category of hotel. The facilities were excellent, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel is perfectly situated just steps from Marienplatz, offering a central location that can't be beaten. The room, though small, was clean and adequate, but could use more comfortable mattresses for a better night's sleep. The service was professional and helpful, especially when guiding us through construction challenges. The dining experience was good with a nice variety of options, and the facilities were well-kept.
What a gem! The hotel may have smaller rooms, but being just a short walk from Marienplatz, Christmas Markets, and the Marienplatz train station, it's no big deal. The modern bathrooms are a plus, and the cleanliness and comfort are top-notch. Service is friendly and accommodating, offering great value for the price. The location couldn't be better for exploring Munich. However, the room size might feel tight for some, but the convenience and amenities make up for it.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, though clean and comfortable, felt a bit small for my liking, but they were located on the 4th floor with a view of the street. The service was friendly overall, especially during check-in. The location was a definite highlight, right in the center of the old city, making it easy to explore the historic sites. The dining experience was exceptional with a diverse buffet, but the facilities were somewhat basic.
